Just when I think the world has completely gone crazy...God sends something like this awesome song that He and He alone inspired someone to write and somehow....just fell in Leann Womacks hands and she had the guts to record it. God's HealingTouch
I returned from a one year remote assignment to Korea in 1985 and my wife and I were sent to Alexandria, Louisiana. We were excited to be part of the famous 23rd Tactical Fighter Wing known as the Flying Tigers. During our stay I was diagnosed with stage four malignant malinoma. Our hearts were heavy and sought peace at our church where during the service a dear friend who was our priest layed hands on me and prayed as we received communion. I want to tell you the next thing I experiences was an intense warmth and feeling of peace so awesome it was overwhelming. We sought out our friend and asked if this had happened before and he was still nursing hands that were warm and bright red. Our next visit to the hospital was long and exhausting as we were kept an entire day for continuous exams. At the end of the day the senior physician entered our room and asked if we had done anything different the weekend before our visit. I simply told him God had healed the cancer. He looked at me and for a moment I thought he was about to deliver a lecture. Instead he simple smiled and said "Good enough for me I will annotate on your record ACT OF GOD." What I found out later was he and several other physicians had sought all day to find any evidence of the cancer and could find nothing. I carry a scar that wraps around my head where the surgery took place for any who ask I gladly repeat this story to them. Keep singing your song and share it will all who have ears. July 23, 2009 I was diagonosed with 4th satge lymphoma, I was very sick I turned my Illness over to god and prayed for health, I also prayed through many procedures. In October 2009 I recieved a stem cell transplant,I think just days before this song was released, WOW!! I am almost back to normal, how amazing what more proof do I need!!!!!! Such a beautiful song it bgrings tears to my eyes everytime I hear it!!!!!! C. Foster

Ever since I first heard this song I have been searching for the lyrics. I cry evertime I hear it. This song is so true! 2009 was such a test of my Faith. My husband was in a horrible car accident 2 weeks after our 2nd child was born. He ruptured his spleen and his stomach was full of blood. I thought I was going to be a widow at 23! He was in and out of the hospital for months. He was also away from work for months. I am a stay at home Mom and was very worried about not only my husband but also about the bills getting paid. God not only provided my husband with a clean bill of health but he also provided every bill being paid. If I laid out the numbers for you there would be no possible way but with God all things are possible. Give him your troubles and you will find peace and rest in His arms. This song hits home big time. I work on a country radio station in Janesville, Wisconsin (WJVL) I first played this song and I was blown away.The lyrics and Lee Ann voice just blew me away. I'll do what ever it takes to push this song to the top of the charts. This is a very emotional song and it just graps a hold of you and makes you appreciate the positive things in life. I heard this song as I was driving into the hospital to be with my husband - I had to pull over I was crying so hard. He's 42 and my whole life - just too young to have had a massive heart attack. All of the medical professionals we spoke with were at a loss as to why this happened - he was healthy, and aside from high blood pressure which was being treated, he had no real risk factors. They said his health and age were probably what saved him. We both agree that those things were definately in his favor - but it was God that really saved him. As horrible as this has been (it happened just 8 days ago), there have been so many positive things to have come from it - too many to all be coincidence. Thank you Lee Ann for this song and it's beautiful message.

Absolutely beautiful. We are expecting our first grandchild in April. I got to see his little heart beat on the ultrasound in December. This songs touches my heart so deeply I cry everytime I hear that verse. There is truly a God who blesses us with these miracles. Thank you Leann.

About the time this song was released we found out my dad was in remission from lung cancer after the Doctors had given up and sent us home from the hospital with hospice. I refused to give up and contacted the mayo clinic to get a scan and found out the cancer was gone. This miracle made me a believer that there is truly a GOD and he is stronger than any Doctor. This song is so special to my family.
Just what I needed.....
I recently lost my only brother to cancer. He was only 49 and lived less than 6 months from diagnosis. I had honestly had my faith waiver; all I could see was ugliness in the world. How could God make my pain and despair ever go away? Well, I heard this song, immediately knew it was Lee Ann's inspirational voice and for the first time in a long time I looked around at all the blessings I still had in my life. My grief will go on but I am looking at life through different eyes now. Thank you Lee Ann. You will never know how the timing of your song saved me.

This is a remarkable song! I am a songwriter and I love to hear emotions that come from the heart as this truly does. I closed my eyes and thanked God for all my blessings. Thank you for reminding me after a long day at work that we have so much that God has given to us. I look up to the artists that put God up front like this.
